F1 key in VBA always directs to "top help topics" rather than specific topics I highlighted

Hi,

I am new to VBA. one thing I noticed on my PC lately is this: when I highlight objects/Property/Method in VBA and click F1, it fails to lead to the specific topic in MS support. it always leads to the Top Help Topic page. 

Please help with a solution.
