To export an item in the Excel version history list from SharePoint Online 365:

1. Open the SharePoint list.
2. Highlight the item and click on its version history.
3. In the ribbon, click "Export to Excel".
4. The window will then prompt you to download the Excel file.

This will give you a detailed version history in Excel format.
