Excel Keybord Shortcut Submenue

Hi,

I want to save a routine as a macro. To enter the format menue I press Ctrl+1, but how can I navigate in the sub menue (see picture) with shortcuts?

Letters are underlined but do not react to common combination (Alt+, or ALT+Ctrl+, ... )
Any suggestions?
