Hi! Which exams did you pass to get your enterprise administrator expert? You now need MS-100, MS-101 (which replaced 70-346 and 70-347) and one of the 'associate' admin certifications: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/m365-enterprise-administrator/
If you have the pre-reqs above- the forum you'll need to post on for help is this one: https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport

- George210Oct 05, 2021Copper ContributorDear RenJones,
i passed Enterprise Administrator Expert office 365 exam on 2019, it is expire this year and and request to renew this certification before Nov 1, so i renew the certification, but it is not updated on My MCP site, now i am not seeing my Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, certification from my MCP site, please help on this..- RenJonesOct 05, 2021Steel ContributorHi George- the requirements for the certifications and the certifications themselves change over time. The current 'Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert' requires you to pass MS-100, MS-101, which weren't around in 2019- so I imagine you'll need to pass these on-top of your renewal.
