Encrypted connection isn't available 2016

Dear Members,

Greetings!

 

I am trying to configure the outlook profile in 2016 Outlook and says encrypted connection is not available and

Kindly help me with the possible solution.

    Hi Could you plese give me more information , Yiu are using web email or office 365

      Hi,
      It is product key activated account and with business basic license. We can able to login on OWA.
      But unable to configure in desktop client.

        As your license Microsoft business basic 365 only support web version
        Just go for manual setting select IMAP SETTING 

        Server name: outlook.office365.com

         

        outgoing server check the box 

         

        advance  tab select 

        outgoing Port: 587
        Encryption method: TLS
