Dynamics 365
Hi
Can someone shed some light where Dynamics 365 data is stored? Are customers responsible for backing up the data with third party vendor?
- Hi Gustavo- if depends which app you're talking about; if it's Dynamics 365 CE (sales, customer service, marketing etc)- the data is stored in dataverse. Customers are responsible for backing up- but you can do this within Power Platform (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/backup-restore-environments). For further questions- the Dynamics 365 forums are a better place; https://community.dynamics.com/
