Coreclr.dll is getting blocked by Antivirus

Hi folks,

We are using .net hosting services for a application. Reserve bank of India had released a advisory  in the month of March stating that coreclr.dll is creating vulnerability and banks are not allowing that file to run in the server. Is anyone here faced that issue or does any one know how mitigate this ?
