Certification tied to MS Learn account that cannot be logged into despite email access
Greetings,
Hoping to get some help with this. Sort of a doom loop.
Going in circles with support via ticketing system for weeks now. Certification expires in 5 days or so.
Background: In September 2024, earned SC-200 and it was associated with my work email/Microsoft account. Still have access to that email/account. Nothing has changed.
Problem: Now, when logging in with the email address/Microsoft Account that the certification was earned under, I get a new Microsoft learn profile with no accomplishments, training records, etc.
I have complete records, including screen shots, emails, receipts for exam payment, etc. I confirmed with Pearson that my email address is associated with the exam attempt.
Support has escalated the ticket to some higher level, but this hasn't gone anywhere yet.
