Certification badge not showing in MS Learn

Question

I achieved the SC-900 in September and AI-900 in April, I received the acclaim emails for both and had to go through a process to combine both of the MS learn accounts

As a result the MSLearn certification page only shows the AI-900 certification badge while the MS Learn Dashboard transcript shows both AI-900 and SC-900

How can I get the SC-900 badge to show up on the MS Learn Certification page?
