Can't get student benefits using Microsoft ambassador account as well university email

Hi, I have recently on boarded as a micro soft learn ambassador. I have ambassador account and I need a free student service to complete my ambassador on boarding. However, I am not able access the student benefits to continue my on boarding. I even tried with my university email but the result is same.

While using my ambassador account it says: Unable to confirm your University ID
While using my college email: Unable to confirm your University ID

Now, in this situation, I don't know how to use student benefits and continue my Microsoft learn ambassador journey.
