Can I use Power Automate to extract SharePoint Permissions?

I am hoping to use the "Send an HTTP Request" Action to be able to export all of the users who have access to a specific SharePoint Online site collection. I know I can "Export to Excel in Internet Explorer" but I dont want to do it by each permission group as there are many. I just want a simple list of all users who have access to a SharePoint site. Has anyone done this with Power Automate and can provide advice. Thank you!
