Building an app to send email using Microsoft Graph API
When a user from another domain tries to send an email using your application registered in Azure AD, they will see a consent window asking for permission to access the requested resources. If the permissions require admin consent, it does not automatically trigger an email to their Azure admin; insteadhttps://ehallpassblog.com/ the user may need to request admin approval if required.

As you can see there is a "Request Approval" button in the consent window.
My question is what happens when user press that button? Does it trigger any email to the Azure Admin of that company or some type of notification in their Azure account?
