Bamboo Ink Pen Calibration

Hey to anyone is reading this! I have a bamboo ink pen and I guess it's been working alright and I use it for taking notes in OneNote on my HP laptop. However, recently, the sensitivity has gone far up to the point of where it will write on the screen even if the pen isn't touching the screen itself. This has made my writing very messy when I am trying to write quickly and it is quite annoying. 

Are there any fixes that would help calibrate the pen that you know of??
