azure sandbox limit

Do anyone know at what time sandbox limit be reset ? . I am based of London - GMT/UTC+1. This is 9:28 AM 

"This module requires a sandbox to complete. You have used all 10 sandboxes for today. More sandboxes will be available tomorrow."
