Azure exercise - can't continue with Review permissions

Hi,

My account email has obsolete and mailbox dropped years ago. When connecting to the sandbox - I can't pass "review permissions" step, as it doesn't allow to select neither alternative email nor phone number.

Please suggest how to "bypass" this.
