Assign modules to users in tenancy

Is there a way to assign individual modules and/or learning paths (from Microsoft Learn) to users within our company tenancy?

I have identified a number of modules that I want people to go through and am looking for a semi-automated way I can send these to individual users so they have easy access to these resources.

Ideally I would have a way of tracking completion as well as this will be a pre-requisite for further training.
