Shared Mailboxes Unable to Complete Attack Simulation Training

Our customer's AST has shared mailboxes included, one of the users have clicked the URL sent to their shared mailbox and now have training assigned for the shared mailbox. They are now unable to complete the training as the link takes them to their personal account rather than the shared mailbox. Is there any way around this? Or even a way to unassign the training?
