Outlook safe senders
I created a transport rule that raises the scl for common bulk email and sends the email to quarantine. What happens if the transport rule fires on an email that a particular user has added to their safe senders list in outlook? will the user receive the email in there inbox?
- Safe lists have precedence over transport rule SCL adjustments, afaik. Test it, it should show the corresponding values in the headers.
