Hi, your description matches an important workflow gap: classifying a user-reported message as clean does not automatically move the original item from Deleted Items back to the Inbox. Advanced Hunting is also awkward here because the triage record does not always expose a mailbox item identifier that can be used for a move action. A custom Microsoft Graph workflow may be possible, but it needs tightly scoped mail permissions, reliable message correlation, auditing, and careful failure handling. I would submit this through the Defender product feedback channel and open a support case to confirm the current supported options. Until then, keep the user notification explicit about where the message remains.
