Unable to select multiple folders when uploading into SharePoint and OneDrive

Hi Team,

We've onboarded and enabled session monitor policy for the applications SharePoint and OneDrive. We're facing issue while uploading multiple folders, like unable to select multiple folders and drag&drop is also not working and throwing error dialog box.

When going through the docs, (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/proxy-intro-aad#known-limitations

It was mentioned the below limitation, could anyone confirm if this reason why we're unable to select multiple folders while uploading. Because when applications are not proxied via mcas.ms users are able to select and upload multiple folders. Is there a way to allow uploading multiple folders through proxied sessions?

  • FlyingCoffee where this one is saying general failure, I would recommend opening a case. Usually in that situation it means something is happening in the process and the policy/tenant settings are telling the service the block.

      1. When trying to upload via dialogue box, unable to select multiple folders

      2. When trying drag&drop, I am receiving below error.
