Unable to select multiple folders when uploading into SharePoint and OneDrive

FlyingCoffee where this one is saying general failure, I would recommend opening a case. Usually in that situation it means something is happening in the process and the policy/tenant settings are telling the service the block.

MicrosoftFlyingCoffee do you get an error when trying to select multiple folders or the UI just won’t allow it?
1. When trying to upload via dialogue box, unable to select multiple folders
2. When trying drag&drop, I am receiving below error.
