Unable to admin Quarantine a file in MCAS

Hi Team, 

We have created a basic file policy to have admin quarantine enabled but it doesn't work. When I go to the file under MCAS and do a manual admin quarantine its says Task failed  . Any suggestions ?

    A couple questions: Do you have the folder set up in settings? Is the file currently labeled? Lastly, is it a file in SPO?

      Sarahzin_Shane I have experienced the same issue, it gives the status "Failed: Internal error occurred" do you have any suggestions as to why this is happening?
