i am not getting any mail alerts
for this how can i have configured under
Environment setting subscriptions and notification

shiham_ifthikar You have to select the roles for which notifications are required ,together with email addresses of users where mails to be delivered .
It has to be noted that You'll receive a maximum of one email per 6 hours for high-severity alerts, one email per 12 hours for medium-severity alerts, and one email per 24 hours for low-severity alerts- @vivek_tirvedi i have updated this allready , but still I am not getting the alerts when there is a finding
shiham_ifthikar are you able to get the sample alerts over mail,I just tried and the sample alrets are
available in my mailbox
- did you trigger a sample alert in MDC to check if the alerts setting are working correctly ?
- elieelkarkafi how to do it ?
