Microsoft Defender for Cloud | Security alerts i am not getting any mail alerts for this how can i have configured under Environment setting subscriptions and notification ...
shiham_ifthikar You have to select the roles for which notifications are required ,together with email addresses of users where mails to be delivered .
It has to be noted that You'll receive a maximum of one email per 6 hours for high-severity alerts, one email per 12 hours for medium-severity alerts, and one email per 24 hours for low-severity alerts
- @vivek_tirvedi i have updated this allready , but still I am not getting the alerts when there is a finding
shiham_ifthikar are you able to get the sample alerts over mail,I just tried and the sample alrets are
available in my mailbox
- Vivek_Trivedi i can create sample, but did not get any allerts
- check if the email that MDC used to send alerts is quarantined or blocked by any threat policy you have in your MDO. THE MDC email is email address removed for privacy reasons
