Microsoft Copilot for Finance Publicly Available

1. Which environment I can use to check “Analyze Variances” feature  .as you can see in preview public version is not activated yet

2-I cannot install Add-in outlook ,installing is failed .may I can access to other environment to see functionality.

3-when this solution will go live for public ?
