Copilot for Finance in Outlook - Connect to D365 FinOps environment - How to select the legal entity
MicrosoftKylie123 - we resolved an issue with the Customer dropdown a few weeks ago, could you confirm if you are still facing issues here? Also please note that you can type into the search box and it will search by customer name or by legal entity, so you can use that as an approach too.
For your second question on creating the contact as an Employee, Vendor - we will consider that as a feature improvement internally. Thank you for the suggestion!
jaedwa - thanks for your update on my queries. I tested it and still faced the same issue (I could not see other legal entities, but I can understand the issue from UI (am I correct?). Instead, I used the search box and could see the customers in other legal entities. It would be great.
Besides, I cannot wait for the possibility of features of Vendor and Employee that can be added in Copilot Outlook as some of business requirements required (vendor master and invoice, employee and expense management, etc.)

HaythamSaidAssuming that your user has the appropriate permissions, you can filter on a customer, and it will appear in multiple legal entities if the customer is defined in multiple LE's
