Co-pilot Studio
I have created a agent in co-pilot and published it, Added to Teams. If I give prompt , I am getting answers from Knowledge Base. I have shared the same bot with user, when the user enter prompts the answers are not coming from knowledge base. How to resolve this, anyone encountered similar problem

I experienced this happening when the shared user doesn't have access to the knowledge base connected to your co-pilot agent. Make sure the knowledge base permissions allow external users (or at least those you've shared the bot with) to access it. Also, double-check if the bot is using user authentication - sometimes it works for the creator but not others due to missing permissions or configuration in the data source. Try re-publishing the bot after updating access settings.
