Hello VasilMichev , Thanks for the details provided. Yes, I have logged in as Global Admin. But, was still not able to see Groups tile in account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com .

I will try once again with the settings provided and provide the update here.

bhanu chintha were you able to access "My groups" as a global admin? I have the same issue too!
