Yes, you need to give it some time. The OAB is regenerated once every 24h, that's server-side. And you can expect some additional delay client-side.

Sorry this has been resolved but I do have an issue because it wont let me Hide the user from the GAL because of this "This property cannot be edited online since the recipient is mastered on premise"
How can I hide the Offline GAL so no one of the organization can download it?
