Office 365 groups do not appear in Outlook (VLK)
- Oct 24, 2017
I see some other older reports that Groups aren't shown, like here and here. One thing that's mentioned is you https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/286611-office-365-groups/suggestions/17636074-show-groups-in-outlook-2016-client-without-cached have to be using the cached mode in Outlook for this to function and for Groups to appear. So that's something to check, as typically for remote desktop environment you might well disable caching and have online mode only. Here are some considerations for cached mode on http://www.365dude.nl/2017/03/20/exchange-cached-mode-in-rdsvdi/.
Oh, also, you can install Office 365 ProPlus, if using RDS, you use https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/Overview-of-shared-computer-activation-for-Office-365-ProPlus-836f882c-8ff6-4f19-8b24-0212e0111c94 if you have a plan that covers ProPlus of course.
