Hello Microsoft,
There is no section in Admin Portal under Support -> Service Requests to open any tickets related to o365 Groups?
is it already known if so when can we expect it to visible?

At the moment, I'd start with the affected service (e.g. Exchange for group email). I'll follow up with support to see whether they've planned for (or against) a groups node.

IMHO. If you don't now your service request category - pick-up nearest. Someday i create SR about Planner in project category (when planner be in beta), when support contact me - they move my SR to the right support group.
- DeletedI think it depends because groups touch a lot of functionality where sometimes you would need a exchange admin and sometimes you need SharePoint support. kr, Paul

that one is for Legacy Groups. I did the same for one of o365 group support issue and MS got confused it was for Legacy Group support issue etc.
