No categories in Admin Portal to open case related to office365
Hello Microsoft, There is no section in Admin Portal under Support -> Service Requests to open any tickets related to o365 Groups? is it already known if so when can we expect it to visible? ...
At the moment, I'd start with the affected service (e.g. Exchange for group email). I'll follow up with support to see whether they've planned for (or against) a groups node.
I think it depends because groups touch a lot of functionality where sometimes you would need a exchange admin and sometimes you need SharePoint support. kr, Paul
