I have had One Drive issues for a LONG time

Is there no Tech support from Microsoft that monitors posts?

Please find a way to help me. I have tried that and several other things to no avail.

PLEASE, someone reply to this issue? I am SO sick and tried of going to 1 of my folders only to find it empty. I'm losing precious photos and documents ALL THE TIME!

Too bad Microsoft cuts us off from serious tech support.
