Using Copilot to create summary of emails by month
I'm trying to determine if it is possible to use copilot to create a summary of emails received from particular addresses (example: @organizationname.com) for a given month. The goal is to more efficiently create a monthly workload report, identify frequent fliers, identify frequent requests, etc. I've been manually entering information from outlook into a microsoft form, but it seems to me that Copilot should be able to accomplish this task.
I do not use Tasks/ToDo. I do use Follow Up and Categories, but not consistently.
I've had limited success so far where emails are concerned. Copilot pulls out calendar entries/meetings quite well.
I'd appreciate any thoughts the community may have.
Using Copilot icon in Outlook client (along with the below prompt) we can get summary of all emails from a particular email address;
Summarize all emails received from email address <enter email address> for last month

Can you please explain in more detail which button you mean exactly, perhaps preferably with a print screen?
That would be very helpful and much appreciated.Best regards

- alealbrightCopper ContributorThank you Ankur_B. That will work. I was hoping for something a bit more comprehensive. That approach assumes I have a list of everyone who emailed that month. But I'll definitely give this a try as a starting point.
- Chris_FerraroSteel ContributorGood to know. I am just getting that chat icon in Outlook. Some days it disappears too oddly enough.
