Toggle switch in copilot.microsoft.com to select work vs web is not appearing for all users
When accessing copilot.microsoft.com, some of our users that are licensed for M365 Copilot are able to see the toggle switch to choose if the prompts should be for work vs web, whereas most others do...
We have a few employees with this same issue. It seems to occur on both Win10 and Win11 PCs so no commonality there. Things we have tried so far:
- Checked that they were licensed
- Reset all Edge Settings
- Deleted all Edge Cache
- Went to copilot.microsoft.com and signed in
- Signed out and back into Edge profile
- Updated to Windows 11 24H2
- Updated Edge to latest version
