I suggest you to disable set Allow this site to appear in search results? to No in your OneDrive site's settings, under Search And Offline Availability.
Path would be following this pattern:
https://tenant-my.sharepoint.com/personal/your_user/_layouts/15/srchvis.aspx
I don't know if this is sufficient to stop the indexing, but it's one extra measure you may take to hope it does
