how do i get a notes co created with help of copilot in a chat out of tmp directory which is unacessible nither can it place in onedrive or sharepoint nor mail nor give direct link

For this pages within Notebook are always locked. I can’t make the pages unlocked. The pages are not editable. Outside the notebooks, the pages, e.g. in Pages, can be edited. I believe that all settings are correct (Office 365 Cloud Policy, etc.).
After 15 minutes of research, my research assistant said, among other things, that the blocked pages are like this according to the design.
Do you have an idea?
