message when creating powerpoint slides from a file

Each time i try to create a powerpoint from a file i get this.

"I wasn't able to apply a sensitivity label to this file. Contact the owner of this file for more info."

also in word when creating content based on a attached file, i get a similar message.

Why is this ?
