Copilot can't fully rebuild an existing PowerPoint to exactly match another sample file’s layout and formatting. While it can help with content, rewording, and general design, it doesn't support detailed layout matching like exact font sizes, positions, color codes, or creating new slides when content overflows. For this level of control, you'd need to manually adjust the slides or use a script or third-party tool. Copilot just isn’t built for that kind of precise formatting work yet.
