Has anyone had issues with images not loading properly/at all?

Starting last week, the Copilot application has not been properly rendering generated images for several users - I have pasted several examples below, along with the errors I am receiving in various tools. Has anyone had a similar issue and/or been able to resolve it on their end? Is it possible to disable Copilot in Agent mode (i.e., return to Work mode)? Thank you!
