Feature Request: Individual Opt-Out to be Recorded and Transcribed in Teams Meeting

Feature: When Copilot is set to record and transcribe meetings, include a way for participants to choose not to be recorded while still be able to participate via voice, video, or both.

Optional feature: Exclude the attendee's segment from the recording manually.

Currently, users can choose to opt-out and participate in view-only mode until they consent to being recorded. Microphone and camera are disabled during the meeting.
