Export Search results from Copilot into Excel
Hello,
I'm looking to automatically export my search results from Copilot into Excel.
I have number of description of Part No, but it does not describes what exactly this description means.
For Example, when I search TRAFO9155-15 440/400V DYN11 MAR MUNSELL in Copilot, it gives most of the information.
Later I manually copy this information into my excel for the above said description.
I have multiple Part description, so is there a automated process to automatically copy the search results into Excel/Word
Please advise. Thanks!
Below is the screen shot of the search I have done in Teams Copilot.

From Copilot, this isn't possible; you can't set automatic actions within chat. However, you could build a Copilot Agent in Copilot Studio to do that, but it requires a little bit of technical knowledge. You need to build a flow/topic that when you enter a part number, it retrieves the details you require from a specified knowledge source, and then in the next action it adds them to a spreadsheet.

I tried the following in the CoPilot app... Asked this question >
Can you search for document's that start with xxxx. Can you then provide me with the name of the file, the project name and the customer of each document you find in a table format.
The project name and the customer is within the document.. Hope this helps.
