Can you elaborate what you mean by My copilot is PIN? Assuming you have the licenses for Copilot for M365( not just Copilot), a good way to check would be to go to Office.com. Once you are there, if you see Copilot, it will mean that you are licensed for Copilot for M365. If that is the case, you can try to update your license by going to file, account, update license as shared by Chris. If that does not work, you might need to reinstall Office from the office portal or software center depending on the delivery mechanism your org uses.
