Copilot suggestions
Looking for best way to source a research asset library that contains files on different topics. Want to ask demographic or product specific questions and have copilot pull answers.
The asset library sits within our company intranet sharepoint site so it's more than 2 levels deep.
Also, I have tried to apply a copilot to a client site containing a document library and copilot is not pulling any information on things I know it should be able to find.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hey Amy, Please Make sure your SharePoint library is indexed by Microsoft Search deep folders or subsites can cause visibility issues. Also, check file permissions and ensure content isn’t protected by sensitivity labels. Copilot works best with well-tagged content and clear metadata. Try creating a central library or using Viva Topics for better results. Copilot can’t surface what it can’t access or index. Hope this helps!

- Ankur_BIron ContributorJust a suggestion use Copilot app in Teams and use '/' to find the files with keywords of file.

Ankur_B I can search Sharepoint and find files; I want to use Copilot to provide insights and extract data. . . . similar to Perplexity and other AI tools but leveraging my content.
Is that functionality not available?
