Copilot for Microsoft 365 is not working on Terminalserver RDS
Copilot doesn’t work on RDS since the copilot licensing is user based so the device based licensing does not work for sure!

We aren't using device-based licensing on our RDS, we are using user-based licensing with "shared computer activation"

This is not correct.
RDS does not automatically equal device-based Office license.
Device based.

Shared Activation.

RDS\Citrix requires shared activation. Microsoft 365 apps with shared computer activation is user-based licensing.
