Thank you for your reply, but we've already enabled web search in the M365 Admin Center, if we go to link in the M365 Admin Center, this redirected to config.office.com .
We assigned M365 E5 and M365 Copilot license, I think this is valid licenses to use it.
Do you have any idea more to resolve this?
