YUGE BATTERY DRAIN ONENOTE UWP

I know this is old but wanted to share I have the exact same problem. I like onenote and use it when traveling on my surface 7pro , i5, 8gb, 128 and its won’t hold a charge for a 4hour meeting with battery saver on while using onenote. I think it drains about the same speed as I play command and conquer generals. (Maybe not quite as fast). I purchased a 65w 50,000 mah power bank and supplement the power and I can get through the entire day but it does seem like if I don’t use one note and just have my e-mail / google chrome open it would last all day on its own without the extra battery.
