Why can we not do a simple Double-Click and drag the cursor to highlight text?

Does anyone know if this has been reported as an official bug? It's on the UserVoice site but shouldn't need to be:

Double clicking and then dragging to highlight words is basic Windows Functionality and has been forever. It works on every program that runs on Windows except for OneNote. Does anyone know why or if this is being worked on? It's really annoying.

This continues to be annoying.&nbsp; Anyone have an answer to know why this doesn't work?&nbsp; It literally works in every other program that runs on Windows and has for decades.

Sadly, it appears that rather than fixing this, they have removed this functionality from the entire suite of Office 365 tools (at least in the Teams apps). Tragic!
