When will the dynamic arrays be available in Office 365 Pro Plus?

"March 31st 2020 Update
Dynamic Arrays is now available to Office 365 users on all endpoints, with the exception of users on the Semi-Annual channel. It will be available to users in Semi-Annual (Targeted) channel starting mid April 2020."

The office version I am running is 1908. (Build 11929.20838 Click-to-Run)
Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel.
Maybe that's why the dynamic array formulae do not work in this version.
I will try and reach out to the program manager for an update.
