I need to extract a detailed usage report per user from microsoft 365 apps month by month. An example:
Do I get through usage analytcs or any other means?

The reports section in the M365 portal is a good starting point, and if you want to build a programmatic solution, the Graph API endpoint: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/reportroot-concept-overview
